We are CEN TOURS d.o.o., a company based in Poreč, Croatia. Through our brands APARTMANI ADRIATIC and ADRIA BONUS CONSULTING, we provide vacation rentals, travel services, and business consulting – including full support for EU-funded projects.

Tourism and Vacation Rentals
As a licensed travel agency, we primarily offer accommodation to tourists in apartments, holiday homes, and rooms across Istria. -
Visit Istria Portals
As part of our development projects, we are currently building the Visit Poreč and Visit Pula multivendor marketplace platforms, with the vision of gradually expanding the network. The goal of these portals is to provide tourists with all services and products available in a destination in one place, so they can easily find everything they need during their stay. -
Investor Services
We support investors with market research, identification of suitable investment projects, project feasibility studies, and professional analyses. Through our partners – engineers, architects, lawyers, surveyors, and financial experts – we provide complete assistance for investment ventures.
A specialized part of our work is monitoring real estate sales in bankruptcy procedures, preparing detailed information for investors, and conducting certified electronic auctions for property sales. To date, we have successfully managed more than 100 such projects. -
EU Funds Consulting
Under our Adria Bonus Consulting brand, we actively track funding opportunities from EU programmes. We provide guidance to interested clients, prepare project applications for EU calls, and manage project implementation in compliance with programme rules. We have over 15 years of experience with EU funds and have successfully implemented around 150 EU projects so far.
